A adhesive-laminated plywood is produced, which is coated with a highly waterproof, anti-attrition, anti-alkali phenolic resin. The process comprises laminating short and medium-sized panels so as to form different directions of fibers, and successively coating and drying the panel surfaces. The amt. of resin coating is 200-250 gr/m2 and the drying temp. is 60≦̸C.
