PURPOSE:To reliably prevent a flow characteristic from being changed depending upon the flowing direction by forming a through hole in an opening portion of the central hole of a spool and in the center of an end plate for covering the cut end surface of a slit. CONSTITUTION:A central hole 23 is formed in the central portion of a spool 20, and a radially notched by-pass slit 21 is disposed on the inner end portion thereof. A discoid end plate 40 having a diameter a little smaller than the outside diameter of the spool 20 and a through hole 40a in the center thereof is fixed to the inner end portion of the spool 20. When an electric current is applied to a solenoid 29, sucking force works upon the spool 20. At this time, if a car velocity is more than a designated value, the spool 20 is displaced against the urging force of a spring 25 to form a by-pass between both ports 12 and 13. |
