PURPOSE:To efficiently confirm by defining a mode determined by the relative relation of plurality of pulse signals, and judging whether it is transferred in the order determined by the mode, thereby simultaneously monitoring a plurality of pulse signals. CONSTITUTION:A ROM3 is addressed by a plurality of pulse signals 1 to be monitored and an expected mode signal 2 having a plurality of logic signals with the output signal of a latch circuit 6, and outputs a mode detection signal 4 and a malfunction detection signal 5 as output data. A latch circuit 6 inputs the signals 4 and 5, latches them at the rising edge of the latched signal 11, and outputs the signal 2 and a malfunction detection signal 7. A monostable multivibrator 10 is triggered by an OR circuit 8 which outputs a pulse signal 9 of OR of a plurality of pulse signals, and outputs a latch signal 11. |
