PURPOSE:To reduce winding man-hours and to make the insulatin between the windings excellent, by laminating one or a plurality of resin films are one or a plural sheets of insulating soft paper-like materials in many layers, fixing them one another, and cutting them at a length so that both end parts of the winding parts to be insulated are overlapped. CONSTITUTION:Resin films 11 comprise, e.g., a film having insulating property such as polyimide. A soft paper-like material 12 comprises, e.g., a soft material having insulating property such as unwoven cloth and paper. Two sheets of the resin films 11 are arranged at the outside, and two sheets of the soft paper- like materials 12 are arranged inside the films. One-end parts 13 on one side are partially fixed by high frequency heating, thermal compression or the like so as to form a unitary body part. The films and the materials are cut at a length lso that both end parts are overlapped under the state they are wound by more than oneturn. They are wound around the outer surface of a primary winding 2, which is wound at the lower layer of a forming bobbin 1 so that they can be coupled by one touching fashion, by only oneturn. Overlapped parts 14 are bonded by sticking paste. A secondary winding 6 is wound on the surface thereof. |
