PURPOSE:To improve separation performance and electrostatic charging property and to obtain superior offset prevention effect in any environment by using a mixed crystal body of Ti6O11 and Ti7O13 or/and black TiO for the working surface of the member of a base where a toner image is fixed. CONSTITUTION:The mixed crystal body of Ti6O11 and Ti3O7 or/and black TiO are charged in the layer 7, i.e. working surface of the elastic body of a fixing roller 2 made of ''Teflon'' rubber, silicone rubber, etc., of the base where the toner image is fixed. Thus, the mixed crystal body is charged in the fixing roller to obtain stable fixing performance for a long period. Further, superior offset prevention effect is obtained in any environment. |
