PURPOSE:To prevent the irregularity in the adhesion amount of resin, by bringing a stay for hanging a cut bar and a stay receiving part to a concavo-convex inlaying state having a specific gap to absorb thermal deformation due to the change in temp. CONSTITUTION:A protruded part 7 is formed to the end surface of a stay 5 for hanging a cut bar 4 and the recessed part 9 inlaid with said protruded part 7 is provided to a stay receiving part 8. In this case, a gap of 0.5-20mm. is formed between the protruded part 7 and the recessed part 9. If the single surface of a base material is coated with a high concn. highly viscous resin in this apparatus, the deformation of the whole of the apparatus, especially, the thermal deformation of the stay caused by the change in the hot air from a dryer and the temp. of an atmosphere and the irregularity in the temp. of varnish is absorbed by the gap and, therefore, the irregularity in the characteristics of a prepreg is improved.
