PURPOSE:To prevent a floating weight from damaging by giving stabilized effect to the floating weight, by controlling a position of a piston in the inside of a cushion cylinder at the most suitable position always. CONSTITUTION:A cushion chamber 29 divided by a piston 28 is formed within a cushion cylinder 27 and a relief valve is provided so that the inside of the chamber 29 becomes constant pressure always. The cushion cylinder 27 is provided with a detecting device 48 detecting a relative position relation between the cushion cylinder 27 and the piston 28. The detecting device 48 detects a matter that on any of positions such as the upper and lower part positions and their middle part position of the cushion cylinder 27 does the piston 28 lie and controls the piston 28 in the chamber 29 through action of a motor 39. As a cushioning allowance of the cushion chamber can always be made more than a predetermined quantity, equipment can be made compact.
