PURPOSE:To attain accurate positioning easily by supporting a cubic beam splitter with a cylinder having the same diameter and same length as the beam splitter. CONSTITUTION:A plane 4 in parallel with a center axis and a plane 5 vertical to the center axis are formed by cutting off a part of a holder 2. Then a hole 6 is made concentrically to the center axis of the holder 2. On the other hand, the cylinder 7 having the diameter and length equal to the length of the size of the beam splitter 1 is formed to the beam splitter 1 formed to a cubic form and one face of the beam splitter 1 and one face of the cylinder 7 are bonded accurately by using faces 9, 10 being at right angle to each other or a jig 8. In inserting the cylinder 7 into the hole 6 of the holder (the size of the hole 6 is made slightly larger than the size of the cylinder 7) until the bottom face of the beam splitter 1 touches the plane 5, the accurate positioning is attained to the holder 2. |
