PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly and adjustment and prevent a casing from being applied with an excessive load locally by a method wherein the beginning section of winding of the casing and the finishing section of the same are connected by a connecting member equipped with a length adjustment mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A casing piece 3a of the beginning section of winding of the casing 3 and the casing piece 3d at the finishing side of the same are provided with supports 9a, 9b respectively while both supports are connected by a stay 10. The length adjustment mechanism, consisting of a pair of cotters 13, is interposed between a flange 11 at the support 9a side and the flange 12 at the stay 10 side. According to this method, failures in assembling nozzles 4a-4d can be adjusted simultaneously and uniformly, therefore, the assembly of the casing may be facilitated. On the other hand, the casing 3 is constituted of an annular integrated body having no free end, therefore, the rigidity thereof is increased, excessive local bending load will never be applied and vibration upon operation may be reduced. |
