In the inner tube (3) is a primary air tube through which cooling air is blown into hearth. The outer cover tube (2) has a number of inlet apertures (15) for feed of secondary air which is fed through the ring-shaped space to the burner tube mouth. - This secondary air is heated as it moves from the inlet apertures to the tube mouth, which means that the degree of effect of the fire is increased. An ignition component (2), a fan for supply of primary air and a regulating system are also provided.
