PURPOSE:Crushing and kneading of soybeans and the separation of water are carried out in a same vessel and the soybean milk from the vessel is heated to enable the easy preparation of TOFU with no need of skill. CONSTITUTION:Soybeans, raw material, are put in the vessel 6 together with water for dipping for several hours, then the mixer cutter 7 is allowed to rotate to crush and knead soybeans. Then, the cutter 7 is turned up and down to allow the squeezing blade 22 to turn toward the radial direction of the vessel 6 and push the crushed soybeans to the filter 15, resulting in flowing of the soybean milk through the output 32 into the receiver 2. The residue remaining the vessel 6 is removed by taking the basket 29 out of the outer box 1. Then, the soybean milk in the receiver 2 is heated with the heater 37 and combined with a coagulator such as calcium sulfate solution to effect the precipitation by standing. Namely, after water and soybean are fed and the machine is set, the process is operated automatically to permit the continuous production of TOFU with easiness without skill at all. |
