PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized, flexible humidity measuring device which has no hysteresis and good accuracy and responsibility by detecting variation in the humidity of a heating body which contacts external air to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A relay 2 is switched through a computer 3 and a current is flowed from a power source 4 to a thermocouple 1 which contacts the external air to be measured for a specific time to generate heat. The output of the thermocouple after the current is stopped is sent to the computer 3 through a thermocouple amplifier 5 with a reference contact and an AD converter 6 and arithmetic processing is carried out to obtain humidity from the variation in temperature. Consequently, the small-sized, flexible humidity measuring device which has no hysteresis and good accuracy and responsibility is obtained. |
