PURPOSE:To obtain a joined high melting metal-copper material having large area by joining a high melting metallic member and a copper member by an Ni- Cr-P alloy. CONSTITUTION:An Ni-Cr-P alloy is interposed between a plate material or block material consisting of a high melting metal, for example, W, etc. and a plate material or block material consisting of copper and after the materials are heated to 910-930 deg.C, the plate material or block material consisting of W, etc. and the plate material or block material consisting of copper are joined to each other. Both members are joined to have the much higher adhesion if the entire part is pressed. An alloy consisting, by weight % of 10-16 Cr, 8-12 P and the balance Ni is used for the Ni-Cr-P alloy. |
