发明名称 POSITIONING MECHANISM OF NC DRILLING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for machining by obtaining the management value for the working command value during motion of drilling machine. CONSTITUTION:Upon provision of a machining command value XN from CPU1 to an up-counter 2, said counter 2 will down count the command value XN to transmit the count to D/A converter 3. Then a semi-closed loop comprised of a servo amplifier 4, a motor 5, a tachogenerator 6, a pulse generator 7 and a direction decision unit 8 will move the movable table 9 untill the command value XN is obtained. A detector 11 will read out the count of counter 2 and produce a detection signal upon reaching of said count to the specified value XS. Thereafter, a length measuring circuit 10 will read out the current position XQ of the movable table 9 to calculate predicted command value XP = command value XN - command value XX6 then XR = predicted command value XP - current position XQ. If the maximum allowance XT>XR, boring is performed while if XT<XR, an error indication is provided to never stop the table 9.
