PURPOSE:To attach/detach and store a chain without touching it manually by installing a tire chain attaching shaft between the car body and the external periphery of the tire through a wire and a spring, and connecting it to an operational lever for attaching/detaching the chain installed in a car. CONSTITUTION:A tire chain attaching shadt 1 is installed between the car body and the external periphery of a tire. The shaft 1 has a tire chain attacher B while the attacher B is equipped with a rotary piece 3 and a foreign object remover 6. As the tire chain moves out of a chain guide pipe 7, the friction between the tire and the rubber rotary piece will guide the chain head onto the tire surface in with the ground out of a chain housing 9 and into the tire groove step by step. By operating a detaching lever 13 which is connected to the tire chain detaching shaft holding a detacher A in manner allowing free attaching or detaching, the chain will be moved into the housing 9. |
