PRODUCTION OF LATENT HIGH BULKY YARN

摘要

PURPOSE:Two different melted polymers free from delamination from each other are passed through a stationary kneading element and extruded out of slit nozzles of point-symmetry arrangement to give filaments in which most of them are laminated into 3 or more layers. CONSTITUTION:Two melted polymer A, B which are free from delamination from each other are passed through a stationary kneading element 5 to form an incomplete mixing flow and extruded out of slit nozzles 3' of point-symmetry arrangement. Thus, more than 80% of filaments are laminated into 3 or more layers to give yarns of flattened or multilobal cross sections with good operability.
