PURPOSE:To shorten a flow passage from a solar heat collector unit to a room and reduce a decreasing in temperature of hot air by a method wherein a fan is arranged in each of an air passage for feeding hot air from the solar heat collector to the room and a heat accumulation tank and another air passage connecting the heat accumulation tank to the room. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioning device 1 utilizing the solar heat is made such that a first fan 7 is arranged at a first air passage 5 for feeding hot air from a solar heat collector unit 2 to rooms 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D and a heat accumulation tank 4 and a second fan 8 is arranged at a second air passage 6 for feeding hot air into the room 3 in a direction opposite to that for feeding hot air from the heat accumulation tank 4. During winter season, the hot air is fed into the room 3 with a short passage without returning back the hot air from the solar heat accumulation unit 2 so as to enable the room to be air conditioned. In turn, during a summer season, air flowed from a communication port 35 as the second fan 8 is driven passes from the second change-over valve K2 through a branch line 46 and is cooled while being passed through an underfloor space 44, passes through the branch line 45, flows from the change-over valve K into the second air passage 6 to enable the room 3 to be cooled. |
