CONTROLLER FOR HYDRAULIC TYPE AUTOMATIC CLUTCH

PURPOSE:To prevent the shock on the advance immediately after N D shift by keeping a starting valve in the low-pressure adjusted state until a prescribed time lapses after the switching from N range to D range is performed when a throttle is opened. CONSTITUTION:A starting valve 116 for adjusting a clutch feeding pressure is connected to a start adjusting valve 118 at a port 204c through an oil passage 212. The start adjusting valve 118 is constituted of a force motor 224 with which the discharge amount of the oil in the oil passage 212 into a port 222 can be adjusted by a plunger 224a. The force motor 224 discharges the oil in the oil passage 212 in inverse-proportion to the electric-conduction amount controlled by a variable speed controller 300. The variable speed controller 300 keeps the starting valve in low-pressure adjusted state for a prescribed time after a shift lever is switched from non-traveling position to traveling position, for the portion of the opening of a throttle.
