PURPOSE:To confirm the recording state of sound by constituting the device that a sound signal is monitored by a sounding body in a camera/video incorporation magnetic recording and reproducing device. CONSTITUTION:A monitor speaker 16 is connected to an output terminal of a sound signal recording amplifier 20 amplifying an output signal of a microphone 14 and outputting a sound recording signal to a sound recording section 22 in the camera/video incorporation type magnetic recording and reproducing device where a camera and a video tape recorder are incorporated in one case. Thus, whether or not the sound is recorded correctly is confirmed.
