PURPOSE:To obtain a joint part where the joining parts of metallic members for a spctacle frame to be joined to each other are securely joined over the entire part by tack-welding said members by spot welding and brazing the two tack- welded members around the spot weld. CONSTITUTION:This invention relates to a spectacle frame made of metallic Ti in which a mounting frame 3 of a pad 2 is pressed to a lens frame 1 and a joint point 4 is first tack-welded by spot welding in the stage of attaching, for example, the pad 2 to the frame 1. The frames are then brazed in the wide area around the joint spot 4 to fill the every small space 5 around the spot 4 with a brazing material 6. The production of the spectacle frame having the joint part securely joined over the entire part is thus made possible and the generation of torsion, bend, etc. is obviated. |
