PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness with a simple structure by composing a stator of two piezoelectric vibrators divided suitably, and contacting a slider through a vibration transmitting member with the stator. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric motor has two piezoelectric vibrators 5, 6 at a stator. The vibrators 5, 6 are divided at least into a pair of ranges that the directions of the polarization are alternately inverted in the moving direction of the slider. The vibrator 5 is superposed and mounted on a stator base 7. A projection 8 and a shaft 9 of vibration transmitting members are formed on the surface of the base 7. A slider is contacted with the projection 8. |
