PURPOSE:To enable return of cash and a medium fetched into an auto cash dispenser to a user himself correctly when an operatorless auto cash dispenser develops troubles by providing a monitor and plural communications control circuits and so on. CONSTITUTION:A CPU3 is installed in a central processing center, which is connected through auto cash dispensers ATM1, 2... in branches A, B... and a communications circuit Nc. A monitor 4 is installed in auto cash dispenser monitoring center D, and the ATM1, 2... are connected through other communications circuit Nd. The CPU3 is connected to the monitor 4 through a communications circuit N, which is used as a contact circuit when the ATM develops troubles. It is assumed that after a user inserts a card into an operatorless ATM, troubles occur. Then reference of the center serial number to the CPU3 is automatically executed by the monitor 4. This means that when an operatorless ATM develops troubles, the card and cash fetched into the ATM can be returned to the user himself properly in terms of transaction and running. |
