PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound useful an intermediate for medicines in high yield, by catalytically reducing a cyanophosphate derivative. CONSTITUTION:A cyanophosphate deviative of formula I (Ar is aromatic group; R<1> is alkyl, phenyl or H; R<2> is alkyl or phenyl) is catalytically reduced in the presence of a catalyst, e.g. palladium carbon or Raney nickel, in a solvent, e.g. ethyl acetate, at 0-60 deg.C for about 15min-24hr to give the aimed compound of formula II. EFFECT:The aimed substance is obtained from easily available raw materials under mild reaction conditions by easy operation, and the above-mentioned process is very suitable to an industrial preparation process.
