PURPOSE:To easily and certainly fix a cyclone tube, by melting the cyclone tube in the recessed part of a plate for engaging the protruded end part of said cyclone tube to fix the same to said recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A hole for engaging each cyclone tube 6 is formed to a plate 24 while a diamond shaped recessed part 24B is formed to the protruded end part, that is, the open air arrival side of the cyclone tube 6 so as to engage the cyclone tube 6 with the central part of the diamond shaped recessed part 24B. When external force is applied to the direction shown by the arrow P and a press mold 28 is pressed to the protruded end of each cyclone tube 6, the cyclone tube 6 is melted and the melted part is spread within each diamond shaped recessed part 24B to form an engagement part. By this method, the rotary motion and detachment operation of the cyclone tube 6 are effectively inhibited.
