PURPOSE:To prevent liquid leak and reduce the abrasion of members by a large margin by floating-up a float by the liquid which intrudes into the float chamber and press-attaching the sealing member of the float onto other fixed sealing members, thus preventing liquid leak. CONSTITUTION:A sealing disc 8 is accommodated into a liquid sealing chamber 13 in which three sides are constituted of walls, between a float chamber 4 and a pumping chamber 5, and since liquid is pushed onto the liquid sealing chamber 13 by a centrifugal force generated by the revolution of a back vane 9, the discharged liquid due to a pumping vane 7 does not leak-out from a rotary shaft 10. When the pump stops operation, the sealing action due to the liquid sealing chamber 13 is eliminated, and the liquid intrudes from the liquid sealing chamber 13 to the float chamber 4, and pushes-up a float 20. A sealing member 23 press-attaches a sealing ring 27 onto a fixed ring 24 as the float 20 floats-up, and sealing is performed on the upper and lower joint surfaces of the sealing ring 27, and liquid leak is prevented. Therefore, the superior effect can be developed by the combination with a liquid sealing structure.
