PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength by forming the convex portion of a blade end integratedly with a shroud in form of an internal chill after molding a wafer laminated type air cooled blade material by wire cut discharge processing. CONSTITUTION:A positioning hole 23 is drilled on an air cooled blade material 100 made by diffusion contact of members 25 to both ends of a laminated wafer 21, and a blade body 101 is shaped by an electrode for wire cut discharge processing placed penetrating through the positioning hole 23. A convex portion is provided on blade ends 25' of the blade body 101 by padding welding and the blade ends 25' are formed integratedly a shroud in form of an internal chill. Thus, thermal deformation by welding is restrained to improve mechanical strength. |
