PURPOSE:To improve operational efficiency and to enhance reliability of products by inserting a jig into a speaker from a direction opposite to an installing direction of a diaphragm and coaxially assembling a voice coil functioning as vibrating system parts into a magnetic gap of a magnetic circuit with various speakers. CONSTITUTION:By inserting a jig 12 into a mounting hole 11a on a back plate 11 of an outer magnetic-formed magnetic circuit 2 in the form of half-finished product and by inserting a bobbin 5 to which a damper 7 is bonded with adhesives 13 at the inside of a bobbin storing part 12a of the outer periphery of the jig 12, the voice coil 6 is positioned inside a magnetic gap 14 of the circuit 2. The outer periphery part of the damper 7 is bonded to a frame 1 with adhesives 15. Then the jig 12 is pulled out of the bobbin 5, and the center cap periphery 4 of a diaphragm 3 is bonded to the upper end part from the inside of the bobbin 5. Then the outer peripheral edge part 3a of the diaphragm 3 is bonded to the outer edge part 1a of frame 1 with adhesives 16. |
