Pyrimidin-5-yl-(thio)phosphoric acid ester-amides of the formula <IMAGE> in which X is oxygen or sulphur, R is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or cycloalkyl, R3 is alkyl, halogenoalkyl, cyanoalkyl, mono- or di-alkylamino, optionally substituted aryl, or <IMAGE> R1, R2, R4, R6 and R7 each independently is alkyl, and R5 is alkyl or optionally substituted aryl which possess pesticidal activity.
