PURPOSE:To prevent solidification of toner and to obtain uniform clear picture quality by circulating toner fallen down to the lower part of the toner box to upper part of developing roller by a carrying member and uniforming by dispersing holes in a toner receiver. CONSTITUTION:A passage for returning a spiral, flexible carrying member 30 from the bottom of a toner box 15 upward is provided in the toner box 15. By rotating this carrying member 30, toner accumulated in the lower part of the toner box 15 is circulated to upper part of the developing roller 16 before solidifying. Toner circulated to upper part is carried by the toner receiver 36 along the developing roller 16. In this process, toner is dispersed from dispersing holes 38 of the toner receiver and supplied again onto the developing roller. Thus, the toner is used avoiding loss, solidification of the toner is prevented, and uniform, clear picture quality can be obtained. |
