PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy eliminating pulsation during the testing by converting the water pressure of a hose to be measured into a voltage value in a water pressure test for a flexible high pressure resistant hose to adjust the water pressure of a pump controlling the rotation of a variable motor. CONSTITUTION:One end of a hose 10 to be measured is stopped with a water stop plug 11 while the other end thereof is connected to a pump 7 through a nozzle 9. A pressure sensor is provided at another end 2 to convert a water pressure into a voltage value to be inputted into a controller 1. In addition, a voltage value when a standard water pressure is reached is inputted into the controller 1 beforehand. Then, a water pressure is applied to the hose 10 from the pump 7, an electrical signal of the water pressure inputted into the controller 1 and as the signal becomes higher than the voltage value for the standard water pressure, the rotational speed of a variable motor 4 is slowed down to lower the water pressure to the hose 10 from the pump 7. To the contrary, when the water pressure being measured is lower than the standard water pressure, the rotation of the motor 4 is speed up to elevate the water pressure of the hose 10. Thus, the rotation of the motor 4 is controlled, slower or faster, according to the electrical signal of the water pressure to eliminate the water pressure pulsation of the hose eventually thereby enabling an accurate testing based on the standard water pressure. |
