PURPOSE:To enable to make the finished roasted state uniform at all times by a method wherein a timer is locked in response to the amount of remaining heat in a roasting chamber and the roasting hour is adjusted by controlling the starting time of the timer. CONSTITUTION:When the second roasting is performed after a certain fixed time interval T4, because the temperature of a thermistor 52 is higher than that of the thermistor 52 at the starting time (a) of the first roasting due to the remaining heat of an auxiliary heat generating body 33, the hour T5 required for the resistance of the auxiliary heat generating body 33 to reach the predetermined resistance, is shorter than the hour T1 required at the first roasting, resulting in making the time (e) to start the actuation of a timer 7 by releasing the lock of the time 7 earlier. Although a time set hour T6 ranging from the time (e) to the time (f) of the end of the actuation of the timer is equal to the timer set hour T2 at the first roasting, a total roasting hour T7 is shorter than the total roasting hour T3 at the first roasting. However, because the quantity of heat given to matter to be roasted is same as that at first roasting, the finished roasted state turns to be equal to that at the first roasting. |
