The invention refers to a device for frontward driving of a track bound vehicle, particularly a railway car, in which the device is comprised of one, mounted on a vertical axel (6) driving-wheel (1) as well as a device (15, 16) for rotating the driving-wheel (1). According to the invention, the device is characterized by the driving-wheel (1) being hung in a system with double swinging arms (2, 7), through which is achieves a self-locking effect of the driving-wheel against the vehicle when the same is driven forward.<IMAGE> |
