PURPOSE:To attain mass-production by providing a conductive wire near a signal transmission line and changing the spatial position so as to simplify the adjustment of impedance of a strip line circuit. CONSTITUTION:Adjusting conductive wires 21, 22 are provided near the signal transmission line 6 and a stub 11. The wires 21, 22 are moved freely spatially by using one soldered end as a fulcrum. The circuit impedance is adjusted by changing the distance of the wires 21, 22 to the line 6 and the stub 11 and changing the position crossing the line 6 and the wire 11.
