PURPOSE:To drive a motor even when a power supply voltage is lower than 1.5V by constituting the device with a self-hold circuit where the base of the 1st transistor (TR) and the collector of the 2nd TR are connected, the 1st - 5th TRs whose bases and collectors are connected and off/on switches. CONSTITUTION:The on-switch S2 is closed momentarily at drive of the motor M in an electric shaver whose power voltage is 1.2V or equivalent, then the 1st TRQ1 is conductive because the base of the Q1 is decreased. Then the base voltage of the 2nd TRQ2 is increased and the Q2 is conductive. Even if the on- switch S2 is closed, the base voltage of the 1st TRQ1 is kept to the decreasing state and the Q1 is kept to the conductive state. When the base of the 3rd TRQ3 is increased similarly, the Q3 is conductive, the 4th TRQ4 is conducted also, and since the base voltage of the 5th TRQ5 is increased and the Q5 is conducted, a drive current is applied from a battery B to the motor M, and the motor M starts driving.
