PURPOSE:To keep the heat of each resistor heating element at a given uniform temperature by a method in which plural separate drive signal wires are formed of two or more of materials of different electric resistivities and the dispersion of the electric resistances of the separate drive signal wires is suppressed. CONSTITUTION:Separate drive signal wires A109-A124 having a comparatively long wire length are formed of a metal having an electric resistivity of 2.5X 10<-6>OMEGA.cm or less. Also, separate drive signal wires A101-A108 and A125-A132 having a comparatively short wire length are formed of a metal having an electric resistivity of 2.6X10<-6>OMEGA.cm or more. The electric resistivities of the separate drive signal wires A101-A132 become practically the same, and therefore, constant voltage can be almost uniformly applied to all the resistor heating elements 2. |
