<p>PURPOSE:To reduce high frequency power loss and miniaturize the device by providing a cooling passage at the rear end of a transformer in a transformer device for resistance welding, and providing a frame that contains component parts of an inverter, and fixing this frame to the tip of a robot arm. CONSTITUTION:A welding gun 3 and a rectifier 5 connected to the welding gun 3 are provided at the tip of a transformer 1, and a frame 10 that contains component parts of an inverter 19 and provided with a cooling hole 12 is fixed at the rear end. The frame 10 is fixed to the tip of a robot arm 18. By this constitution, high frequency power loss is made small. As the inverter 19 is separated from a robot controller, malfunction of the robot due to leaking noise does not occur. Further, as component parts of the frame 10 and inverter 19 are cooled by the cooling hole 12, above-mentioned device can be miniaturized.</p> |
