PURPOSE:To attain stability of the operating characteristic and high speed of the operating speed by connecting each output section of a differential amplifier to a current mirror circuit, connecting said circuit to a base of an amplification (TR) and connecting the collector to an IIL circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a logical 1 signal is given from an ECL system logical circuit B, a collector current of a TR21 being a component of a differential amplifier A is increased more than that of the other TR22. The increase ratio of the current is converted into a current ratio by resistors 32, 33 via an emitter follower C and inputted to a current mirror circuit D. A TR26 of the current mirror circuit D is in switching operation in response to the current ratio and its switching output is given to an amplification TR27. Thus, it is possible for an IIL system logical circuit E that it is operated logically at high speed at a logical level between a potential of the common and a potential of nearly 0.7V.
