PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to attain erasion over the entire surface of a recording medium easily and in a large quantity of information, by applying conductive paste onto the surface of the recording medium to form a conductive film and applying voltage to said conductive film. CONSTITUTION:A recording medium 106 is produced by forming the 1st insulated film 103 on a semiconductor layer 104 such as a silicon single crystal substrate. Furthermore the 2nd insulated film 102 is formed on the film 103 and a conductive layer 105 is coated when necessary to the rear side of the layer 104. In this case, recording is applied to the medium 106 and the electric charge is stored in the film 102 according to the record signal. The layer 104 uses then type silicon to perform recording with positive voltage to obtain electrons 107 as shown in the figure. A conductive layer 101 is applied onto the surface of the medium 106 for erasion, and the voltage (negative voltage 108) of the polarity opposite to that of a recording mode is applied to the film 101. Thus the erasion is possible over the entire area of the medium 106 covered with the film 101. Then a conductive film 201 is peeled off from a recording medium 202 to obtain a recordable state again. |
