PURPOSE:To enable production of compounded product adapted to the purpose of the usage by performing an operation while comparing the sensed curve of loaded electric power values of a rotary mixer for each batch of the compounding process with a curve for the allowable range of the electric power of the compounded material, and deciding the appropriateness of the operation and realizing the execution of the compounding stage. CONSTITUTION:A curve for the allowable range of electric power load is set from the values of loaded electric power of a mixer of a compounding stage, and the allowable range curve is displayed on a screen. A sensed curve of loaded electric power values sensed successively for each batch is displayed superposedly on the same screen. Thus, condition of compounding for each batch can be monitored, and appropriateness of the compounded product can be discriminated exactly. Therefore, best product suited to the purpose is obtd. and consistent production of final products has become possible. Further, standardization of process control of compounding is achieved if standard patterns for several fields and allowable range curves are set, and production of compounded products of high quality may be attained without depending on the experience of operators. |
