PURPOSE:To reinforce the surface of a structure by fixing a reticular body whose intersecting point of a warp and a weft is adhered to the surface of the undercoated structure, and then coating the surface. CONSTITUTION:A reticular body 1 consists of a warp 3 and a weft 2, and the intersecting point 4 of both strings 2 and 3 is adhered. The reticular body 1 is locally and scatteringly fixed to the surface of a structure, and a surface painting material is coated on said surface to embed the reticular body into the coated film and fix. The stresses are widely dispersed in this way, and the fragile parts, etc. need not be removed due to the compensating and reinforcing effects of the net.
