PURPOSE:To suppress insufficiency of lubrication caused in the side of a differential gear case without any necessity for increasing a quantity of lubricating oil, by providing a restricting means, which limits a movement of the lubricating oil, between a housing and the differential gear case. CONSTITUTION:A restricting means 17, which limits a movement of lubricating oil from the peripheral side of a differential gear case 1 to the peripheral side of a ring gear 11, is provided between a housing 13 and the differential gear case 1. In this way, insufficiency of lubrication in a side of the differential gear case 1 can be suppressed without causing any necessity for increasing a quantity of the lubricating oil by enabling a level of oil to be prevented from lowering even if the lubrication oil is drawn by centrifugal force due to rotation of the ring gear 11. |
