PURPOSE:To arrange output paper and to attain secret protection by storing outputs from a printer automatically in a specific paper box and opening/closing the paper box by its identification code. CONSTITUTION:When a result processed by a work station 2 is to output to a print work station system 1, the work station 2 transmits a telegraphic message obtained by adding an identification code 5 to print data 6 to the print station system 1. A printer control device 7 in the print station system 1 receives the telegraphic message from the work station 2, stores the message in a temporary storage device 9 and retrieves a control table 8 by using the identification code 5 as its key. If the same identification code 5 exists in any entry of the control table 8, its print data 6 is sent to a printer 11. The printer 11 prints out the supplied print data.
