PURPOSE:To read accurately a peak value even in case of existence of noise to analyze correct tensile force and peeling force by detecting peaks at intervals of a certain time and detecting peaks successively while holding the peak value to detect an upper limit or lower limit peak value. CONSTITUTION:The detected value of a load to an object to be tested, which is detected by a load cell 11 of a testing machine 2 is inputted to a processor 4 through an AD converter 3. A mounting-side/valley-side peak detecting means 21 samples the load value at a certain period in accordance with a start signal inputted from a keyboard 6 and discriminates a mountain-side peak or a valley- side peak by comparison with preceding data and transmits the detection signal to holding means 22 and 24 to start a time measuring means 23. Data in holding means 22 and 24 are compared with each other in a comparing and discriminating means in accordance with a control signal which is outputted from the means 23 at intervals of a prescribed time, and upper and lower limit peak values are stored in a peak storage means 26, and upper and lower limit peak values and a center value are calculated by an operating means 27 and are sent to a display device 5. |
