PURPOSE:To prevent the duct from local overheating and overcooling, then prevent the device from generation of heat leakage and moisture condensation by a method wherein the blasting and returning circulation of an air conditioning device is changed-over on regular direction, inverse direction and by-pass control. CONSTITUTION:A blast direction change-over device 8 for a duct is mounted by a flange coupling 16 from the intermediate location between a blow-off duct 24 and an intake duct 25. By arranging change-over dampers 14, 15 in parallel along ducts 10, 11, an air conditioning blowing-off air flow 22 of the duct 11 is blasted from lower side to upper side, an air conditioning intaking air flow 23 of the duct 10 is returned from upper side to lower side. By arranging the changing-over dampers 14, 15 in vertical position for the ducts 10, 11, the air conditioning blowing-off air flow of the duct 11 is blasted to the upper side of the duct 10 through a by-pass duct 13 from the lower side, the air conditioning intake air flow 23 of the duct 11 is returned to the lower side of the duct 10 through a by-pass duct 12 from the upper side. Due to the repeated setting of a handle 21 of the damper in regular direction and inverse direction by each certain time interval, the heat leakage and moisture condensation generated by the local overheating and overcooling of the blow-off duct 24 or the intake duct 25 can be prevented.
