PURPOSE:To attain to develop a novel design and to simplify mounting, by forming a rod like timepiece module from a deformable part having free deformability or flexibility and a base part mounting timepiece constitutional parts and covering the same with a flexible member. CONSTITUTION:An element block 21 is formed of a liquid crystal cell, an IC chip and an adhesive connector, and an element block 22 is formed of a quartz vibrator and chip parts while an element block 23 is formed of a battery and a battery connection spring and all of said blocks are connected by flexible printed circuit boards 25. Further, a transparent window 8a is provided to the part, which is positioned at the display surface of a timepiece, of a cover member 8 and resin caps 9, to which magnets 9a, 9a' are provided by insert molding, are inserted into both end parts and the element blocks 21, 22, 23 are mounted while deformable chips 26, 27 are inserted from a lateral side. |
