The invention relates to a multipole line-protection circuit breaker which consists of a plurality of structurally identical, single-pole line-protection circuit breaker units, which are arranged in a row and are mechanically coupled to one another. Such protection circuit breakers are used for the protection of lines and loads in multi-phase low-voltage networks and disconnect all poles if an overcurrent occurs in one pole. The aim of the invention is to create a coupling device for such multipole line-protection circuit breakers, which coupling device can be inserted subsequently into the interior of the structurally identical single-pole circuit breaker units without costly changes, has simple coupling pieces, operates such that it is insensitive to displacements of the individual poles with respect to one another, and at the same time requires no additional intermediate elements for tolerance compensation. The object is achieved in that a single-armed coupling lever is supported together with the latching lever of the switching mechanism on a shaft, and this coupling lever has two driver attachments which are coaxial with respect to its rotation axis, engage in one another in a mutual manner by means of a cylinder attachment and elongated-hole bore, are used to transmit the movement to the coupled circuit breaker units and are at the same time acted on by the latching piece, on one of these driver attachments, in the event of overcurrent tripping, as a result of which, in the coupled circuit breaker units, by means of a third attachment on the coupling lever, which [lacuna] a lever attachment of the half-shaft of the ...
