Such a cable comprises at least one coaxial cable core and one coaxial plug connector which is connected thereto and whose plug contacts consist of a contact sleeve as an outer conductor and of an inner conductor. The section of the contact sleeve on the cable side is electrically connected to the stripped outer conductor of the cable core by means of crimped deformation. In order to create a good mechanical connection and a well-screened connection between the section of the contact sleeve on the cable side and the stripped cable outer conductor, and in order to avoid impedance weakening in this connecting region, the crimped deformation is designed such that the cable inner conductor is also deformed in the radial direction during crimping in such a manner that a corrugated, helical or comparable course is produced which ensures the maintenance of the constant separation of the coaxial conductors of the cable cores from one another, even in the crimped region. <IMAGE>
