PURPOSE:To enable easy change of the amt. of a reagent liquid in accordance with the change in the liquid amt., kind and analyzing item of a sample by introducing the reagent liquid into an analyzing flow passage during stoppage of the carrier liquid feed to the analyzing flow passage. CONSTITUTION:When a control device 43 is operated, a carrier liquid syringe 28 makes first suction and discharge operation to fill a carrier liquid 10 in an analyzing flow passage 16 down to the down stream side of a flow passage selector 29 and at the same time a sample syringe 25 makes suction and discharge operation to fill a sample liquid in a sample suction path 15. A reagent syringe 26 makes suction and discharge operation, upon stoppage of operation of the syringe 28, to interrupt a prescribed amt. of reagent liquid 11 through a liquid feed path 14 to an analyzing flow passage 16 and analyzing communicating path 36 on the upper stream of the selector 29 by displacing the liquid 10. An air cylinder 42 is thereupon actuated and pulled to move rectlinearly a sliding rectangular plate 32, thereby connecting the sample measuring path 37 of the plate 32 to the communicating path 36 of two stationary rectangular plates 30, 31 and connecting the interposing part 38 of the plate 32 to communicating paths 49, 49 for a cleaning liquid. |
