PURPOSE:To prevent the contact with connections of adjacent leads, by a method wherein inner ends of outside leads at the side of a tab is made to the shape of which edge angles confronting to the tab are cut off. CONSTITUTION:The shape of inner ends 6b of short leads 6a at the side of the tab 5 is made T type and edge angles confronting to the tab are cut off. Because of this, another leads and connections between pellets can keep enough distances. In the case to connect from these pointed ends to remote pads, the straight line which crosses with the edge of the pointed end approaches to the 90 deg. and the connecting work becomes easy. |
