PURPOSE:To obtain a steel sheet provided with superior bare corrosion resistance by chemical conversion treatment by phosphating an Fe-P plated steel sheet having Fe plating contg. a specified amount of P as the top layer. CONSTITUTION:An Fe-P layer contg. >0.5-15wt% P is formed by plating as a top layer by >=0.01g/m<2> on at least one side of a cold rolled steel sheet or a galvanized steel sheet. The Fe-P layer is then phosphated to form a phosphate film. Since this film has a dense crystal structure, it has no pinholes, has high toughness and improved corrosion resistance. |
